Full payment
After quote and design approval, full payment is required before garments or materials are purchased or production begins, unless the owner approves a specific exception in writing.
No customer pickup
Customers do not pick up orders at the private studio. Options are coordinated local delivery or carrier shipping.
Address privacy
The residential and private-studio address is not displayed on the public interface.
